Refund Policy

RETURNS

Brand Names All Direct customers may return their purchase within 30 days from the time the package was delivered.  After 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  This policy applies to all selling platforms and 3rd party platforms where Brand Names All Direct sells.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Brand Names All Direct will issue a pre-paid return label for a return ONLY if there was an error on the part of Brand Names All Direct.  Wrong sizes, item does not fit, or style not as expected are not eligible for a pre-paid return label.

If a selling platform requires Brand Names All Direct to provide a pre-paid shipping label, the amount will be deducted from the refund once applied.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received in the same condition it was sent with any tags attached, your refund will be processed.

If the item is not received in satisfactory condition you will be notified via email.

Brand Names All Direct reserves the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If your item was purchased via Amazon, eBay or other platform please follow those procedures to return your item.

Brand Names All Direct is unable to effect exchanges.  If you need to exchange for any reason the item will need to be returned and re-purchased.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
