Brand Names All Direct is powered by Josh & Jake. When you purchase from us Jake, who is autistic, pulls, prepares, and packs your order. He is also great at getting new product listed on the various platforms we sell on. Josh has been working with Jake since he was a young lad in 3rd grade and works behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. Besides listing new product Josh manages day to day operations. If you send us an email, Josh will reply as quickly as possible.

We want you to be ecstatic about your purchase! If you’re not, unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order. We want you to get your purchase fast! To meet this goal we use USPS Priority Mail for all shipping. This method offers $50 insurance plus the seller and buyer get a tracking number. And the best news…you’ll get your purchase in 2-3 working days!

USPS Priority Mail states 2-3 days. Thus far, this service has been exceptionally reliable!

Oh no! This has not happened so far but we are glad to pursue this concern. We suggest that our customers check in/around their front door to see if the item was tucked away out of sight; or maybe a neighbor collected it for you or it was delivered to their home by mistake. Every order is individually pulled and inspected prior to shipping. If we missed something please drop us a note at service@brandnamesalldirect.com. We’re happy to offer a return/replacement.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Depending on which platform you ordered from (Amazon, eBay, etc.) you may not be able to make the change. If ordered from our website, we’re just an email away from being able to help. Please contact us at service@brandnamesalldirect.com.

We are in the north valley of sunny (and sometimes hot!) Phoenix, AZ. We work out of a couple of offices with a warehouse where Jake and Josh strive to make Brand Names All Direct a top tier eCommerce business!
