Brand Names All Direct customers may return their purchase within 30 days of receiving the package. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. This policy applies to all selling platforms and third-party platforms where Brand Names All Direct sells.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Brand Names All Direct will issue a pre-paid return label for a return ONLY if there is an error on the part of Brand Names All Direct.  Wrong sizes, items that do not fit, or styles that are not as expected are not eligible for a pre-paid return label.

If a selling platform requires Brand Names All Direct to provide a pre-paid shipping label, the amount will be deducted from the refund once applied.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Your refund will be processed once we receive your return in the same condition it was sent with any tags attached.

You will be notified via email if the item is not received satisfactorily.

Brand Names All Direct reserves the right to deny or issue a partial refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
